The initial concept of Natalie Poindexter Initiatives (NPI) was not the goal for Founder & CEO Natalie Poindexter. After leaving private contracting, she launched Authentic Inclusion Consulting, a business strategy consulting firm that specializes in curating holistic operational solutions to meet the needs of innovative, expanding, and overwhelmed businesses interested in improving their operational success. However during the second year of operation the understanding that there was a bigger need, her long-term vision to support and create a large impact became the primary focus. NPI is an inclusive consulting house that will operate as a one-stop shop for business solutions, operational strategies, holistic community services, and inclusive education and resources access. Our target audiences are innovative, overwhelmed and expanding businesses women and minority owned businesses and historically underserved businesses.
